Bhajan No. 5326 | Date: 06-Sep-20142014-09-06Guilt ridden is this body, I could have done better;/bhajan/?title=guilt-ridden-is-this-body-i-could-have-done-betterGuilt ridden is this body, I could have done better;

Death from its claws, I would have snatched, I could have done better.

Logic and reason is wasted as ‘I’ seems to be existent,

Importance so much to ‘I’, I can even fool death.

Greater than God ‘I’ am, I could save someone from death;

Do you think you can do anything? Then rid yourself of your guilt.

Noble are your intentions, to save life is your intention;

But rise you cannot above destiny, then why this mutiny?

What was to happen has happened, no one could prevent it what happened.

Give not so much importance to self, your presence or absence will not change predestined;

Death in what form, who are we to ask, it is every individual’s destiny.

Give up these thoughts, they lead nowhere;

Go ahead in life, new pastures await in life.
