Why did God create this world?
Creation is a form of procreation. Procreation gives the highest pleasure to humankind. Thus, creation which is higher than procreation gives highest pleasure to God. Ultimately it is all about pleasure and joy. Without creation, God has nothing to do, he is complete by himself. With creation, he plays with himself. Creation is the awakened state of God whereas when creation is annihilated, that is the sleep state of God.

Why did he create a universe?
God created universe that is infinite. Universe had a beginning. God has no beginning. Universe will also end, God will never end. However universe has no dimension. It is ever expanding into infinite space. God wanted to create something that runs on its own, evolves on its own, has its own free will and merges back in him on its own. Thus he created an endless game. Only those few souls who realise it can rise above this creation and merge with the formless. Thus God is formless and his creation is the form.

Why did he create planets?
God initially created planets and stars where his minute souls could reside. Even planets and stars are him but they are in the solid thoughtless state. He then created souls who are living with emotions who can procreate like him. Finally he created humans who can not only procreate but also create like him. Thus humans (not the physical body) are mirror image of him. In other planets too, there are souls with creativity (not in human form) but other forms who can create like him. Thus, he created his image in multitude. He gave finite to the part of him so that they start the journey to infinite.

Why did he create different Yuga (eras)?
God created intelligence. With this he created false intelligence so that souls can think they are doers to continue this false intelligence. He created various faults like anger, jealousy, greed, selfishness, fear etc as food for the false intelligence. If these food items were not there, then false intelligence could not survive and immediately souls would merge into intelligence and God. Thus to keep this cycle running, he created various cycles of faults where in a certain yuga, they would be at a lesser effect whereas in different yuga, they would have a different effect. Since he is most compassionate, he has kept kaliyug for the shortest time and satyug for the longest time. This rule of the game was decided before he started his creation.

What does God do as creation is auto-running?
Creation runs on basis of karma. He keeps on adding new planets, souls to his creation. He also tries to help souls work out their karma. So he is very busy looking after his creation. At the same time, he does nothing in his nirakaar (formless) state. In his nirakaar form, he is above creation, he is formless, nirguna (without any traits), constant and unchanging. In his creation, he appears ever changing. He takes different forms to help his devotees. His forms have certain guna (characteristics that make them unique for e.g. Ram is maryada purshottam, Krishna is also the most flexible). His forms have complete knowledge but still behave as if they are in ignorance so that people do not identify them as supreme Lord. He teaches people way of living. Only few know that they are supreme lord. After they leave physical form, then he gives realization to people that they were supreme forms. Similarly through higher souls, he helps lower souls wash away their karma.

When will this creation end?
God created trillions of years ago. He will continue his creation as long as he wishes to. Till then, this game of life and death, merging and emerging will continue. Whether everything will become pure and merge back in him or whether everything will be destroyed by him will depend on him. Thus realised souls who have merged in him but are still on his duty doing jagat kalyan (world welfare) will continue to exist in their expanded identity as long as he wishes to. Once their duty is over, they will merge into him and come out of his creation.
