Dr Ira Shah is a renowned pediatrician who specializes in the field of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Hepatology. She practices in the city of Mumbai. She first met her spiritual master – Kaka (Satguru Shri Devendra Ghia) at the age of 15 years during her board exams. She subsequently went on to do her training as a doctor under his spiritual guidance and completed her MBBS from Grant Medical College, Sir JJ Group of Hospitals and MD (Pediatrics) from Seth G S Medical College, KEM Hospital in Mumbai.
She did her further specialization in Pediatric Infectious Diseases from Oxford University, UK. Her book called Spiritual Insights is a journey within where several myths and misconceptions of spirituality and religion are churned to reveal a truth that is simple, non-complex, and completely divine.
The truth remains unchanged, the faith can never be shaken, and god is nowhere but within is revealed in a simple, poetic language that is easy to understand. On the base of a scientific background, knowing the limitations of science and evidence, beliefs that can be shaken, the holy truth can be only attained with the journey within and self-experience within.
Her other book called as Inner Karma is all about inner peace, clarity, purity, and divinity. With several stories within this book, the basic truths about divinity have been explained in today’s times and in a language easy to understand.
